At Macgregor Primary Outside School Hours Care, the safety and well-being of every child are our top priorities. To provide the best possible care for children with medical conditions, we require families to fill out a risk minimisation form. This form helps us better understand your child's specific medical needs and any potential risks associated with their condition. By doing so, we can tailor our care and activities to accommodate these needs and minimise any potential risks, ensuring that your child can enjoy their time with us in a safe and supportive environment. Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Approval Process
To ensure your entitlements for child care subsidy (CCS) are processed smoothly, there's a critical step you need to complete: confirming your child's government enrolment via the Xplor Home App and then MyGov before their service start date.
Guide to Approve a Complying Written Aggreement (CWA)
1. Login into the Home App, using the Primary Carer's account. If you do not know who the primary carer is, please ask your centre admin, this is typically the parent you wish to claim CCS.
2. Click "Finance"
3. Click on the specific centre (if you have multiple on your user account)
4. Click on "View CWA Agreement". If you do not see this button, please reach out to your administrator to ensure they have completed the actions needed on their end.
5. The CWA should appear for you to carefully review. Click "I Agree".
If you disagree with any of the sessions, days or fees, please reach out to your administrator to make the necessary changes and send through a correct copy of the CWA.
How to approve us in MyGov:
Please note that it may take up to 4 hours for the CWA to appear in your MyGov account. If you encounter any issues, contact your center's admin team or Centrelink for assistance.
You can also approve a CWA update through the Home App or Home Web. Simply log in, review the agreement, and click 'I Agree' if everything looks correct.
A Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) is a crucial agreement between you and the child care provider to provide childcare in exchange for fees. It includes essential details such as contact information, start date, session details, and fees.
Ensure that the start date in MyGov aligns with your child's actual care start date, and discuss options for backdating if needed, keeping in mind that there are regulations governing backdating.
By following these steps and understanding the CWA, you'll pave the way for a smooth CCS process, ensuring your child receives the quality care they deserve.
