As a director of Mpsoshc for the past 9 years (working for 15 years), I've had the privilege of witnessing the incredible growth and development of countless children under my care. My journey in this role has been both rewarding and fulfilling, as I've had the opportunity to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. My passion for early childhood education led me to pursue a degree in primary education, which has further enriched my understanding of child development and teaching methodologies. This educational background has been invaluable in shaping the curriculum and programs at our centre ensuring that each child receives the best possible start in their educational journey. In addition to my professional role, I'm also a proud parent of a 9-year-old girl. This experience as a parent has provided me with a unique perspective, allowing me to empathise with the joys and challenges that parents face when entrusting their children to our care. It reinforces my commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for all the children under my supervision. My journey as a director, combined with my educational background and personal experiences as a parent, has shaped my dedication to promoting the well-being and holistic development of every child in our care. I look forward to many more years of fostering the growth, curiosity, and happiness of the young minds we have the privilege of nurturing. |

I joined MPSOSHC in 2016, inspired by my previous role as a childcare coordinator with a global volunteering organisation in Nepal. This experience ignited my passion for working with children, leading me to continue my journey here. Over the years at MPSOSHC, I've grown in confidence and expertise within the OSHC industry, even earning my Diploma in School Age care. I'm an avid traveller and sports enthusiast, and I enjoy incorporating these interests into our program. Building strong connections with children is my top priority, always putting their interests at the heart of our activities. |
